VIP Adult Triage Service
VIP Connections, as a leader in the Telephone Answering Service Industry understands the needs of Physicians' Practices. We understand that as a Physician, you see your patients all day long, then during after hours, holidays, and weekends take calls from your patients. VIP has now expanded to offer Adult Triage Service.
- Calls received through VIP are immediately connected to our Nurse Practitioner (NP), if the volume exceeds the staff, the calls are electronically sent to our triage desk via fax from either VIP Connections answering service or whatever answering service you utilize. The Triage coordinator then monitors the NP call flow to ensure the calls are triaged based on priority, to the next available NP.
- Calls that require Medical Intervention are routed to a Licensed Nurse Practitioner working under the direction of a notable Medical Director
- All calls handled by VIP Adult Triage are documented via an encounter report which is faxed to your office, ensuring that you remain the primary source of health information for your patients.
