Yes, our agents go through extensive training and part of that is to become HIPAA Certified. We know that the security of messages is important and take extra steps to keep messages secure.
How do you know about my business?
You decide this. We’ve made sure that your messages are accessible by text, phone, email, portal, app and fax, you pick and let us know. You can even have different messages delivered different ways, to different people and at different times. VIP Connections is here to make your life easier by answering your phones, so we deliver your messages how you want, when you want them and where.
Who do I call if I have a question regarding my account?
With our knowledge and experience in telephone answering service, we’ve got this down pretty well. But because we know we aren’t perfect, we take time to learn about your company and what makes it different. We become an extension of your business.
Give your account manager a ring (or an email) and they can make any changes. All account managers are in the know about your account with one specializing in knowing just about everything about it. So changes can be made whenever you need them to.
Can I change my package?
Yes, your package can be changed as needed. We hope you grow because of our exceptional customer service and expect that growth will be a part of it.
Do you ever close your office?
Our office doesn’t close. We keep the lights on so you don’t have to. Open holidays, weekends, nights, and any other time of day or day you had a question about. If the power goes out, we have backup so don’t worry about that either.
